THESE TERMS CONSTITUE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND TATTOOZONE PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT IN IT'S ENTIRETY BEFORE YOU CONTINUE TO USE THIS WEBSITE OR DOWNLOAD ANY IMAGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DISCONTINUE USING THIS SITE.

OWNERSHIP OF OUR WEBSITE

This website is owned and operated by TATTOOZONE. All of the content featured or displayed on this website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, photographs, images, moving images, sound, illustrations and software ("Content"), is owned by TATTOOZONE, its licensors and its content providers.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

By submitting material to TATTOOZONE, you are representing that you are the owner of the material, or are making your submission with the express consent of the owner.

Furthermore by submitting material to TATTOOZONE, you give TATTOOZONE and/or its subsidiaries the right to display the images on its web page(s), or use them for other publications including, but not limited to, Newspapers, (Tattoo) Magazines, Web-Pages, CDs and Books. You also understand that by submitting material you have no rights to the TATTOOZONE website, or any benefits derived from it or its publications.

If submitted by you, you also consent to the use of your name, likeness, image, and biographical material in connection with (or the promotion of) TATTOOZONE and/or its subsidiaries.

TATTOOZONE and/or its subsidiaries is allowed to authorize others to use all or parts of the material you submitted for promotional purposes.

In case you do not want the material you submitted to be published in the above-mentioned manner anymore, you have the right to ask for the removal of your material from the TATTOOZONE web pages. TATTOOZONE will honor your request and will remove the material in a timely manner (1-5 business days). In case any of the material you want removed has previously been published anywhere else (including, but not limited to, Newspapers, (Tattoo) Magazines, Web-Pages, CDs and Books), you agree, that

you can not claim any compensation or benefits for this material, and 
 you can not revoke your consent for material that has already been published or submitted for publication in places other than the TATTOOZONE web page (including, but not limited to, Newspapers, (Tattoo) Magazines, Web-Pages, CDs and Books).

All images in the "Featured Photographers" Gallery are excluded from the above terms of authorized use from TATTOOZONE and/or its subsidiaries for promotional purposes.

PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of TATTOOZONE websites, including, but not limited to, the general design and the Content, are protected by trade marking, copyright, moral rights, trademark and other laws relating to intellectual property rights. Except as explicitly permitted under this or another agreement with TATTOOZONE or one of its subsidiaries, no portion or element of this website or its Content may be copied or retransmitted via any means and this website, its Content and all related rights shall remain the exclusive property of TATTOOZONE or its licensors unless otherwise expressly agreed.

REVOCATION OF ACCESS AND/OR AUTHORIZATION

TATTOOZONE reserves the right to revoke some or all access and use authorizations granted to site visitors. Particularly we reserve the right to deny users and/or IP-addresses access to TATTOOZONE.

PUBLIC POSTING AREAS

TATTOOZONE does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any posting, regardless of whether the posting comes from a user or member of our staff. Responsibility for what is posted in the forums, and other public posting areas on the Site lies with each user - You alone are responsible for material You post. You agree not to post any defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening or illegal material, or any other material that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to delete, edit or move any postings that we deem unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons.

INDEMNIFICATION FOR BREACH

You agree to indemnify TATTOOZONE, its subsidiaries, its affiliates and licensors against any losses, expenses, costs or damages howsoever incurred by any or all of them as a result of your breach of the Terms of this Agreement or your unauthorized use of the Content and related rights.

HOW YOU MAY USE THE CONTENT ON THIS WEBSITE

You may, use the images from the TATTOOZONE website for your personal, non-commercial home use. This means you may view and browse through the images on your computer. You may also download or make a single copy of an image on a single computer for your own personal, non-commercial home use. This is on condition that you retain all credits and copyright notices associated with the image.

From time to time we may notify you of special promotions, new products or services, or other information that may interest you. We do not share any information you provide to us, including your email and mail addresses, with any companies outside TATTOOZONE, its subsidiaries, affiliates or necessary payment processors.

Should you not wish to receive this type of information, you will be able to express this desire by clicking on the appropriate button or checkbox when first asked to respond to the issue, or by modifying your profile at anytime thereafter - we will not send you information if you expressly inform us you do not wish to receive such materials.

If you would like to revise the information provided to us, or feel that what we currently have on record is incorrect, you may update the information in the account section of this website.

ABOUT COOKIES

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by the laws of Germany whose courts are the courts of exclusive jurisdiction. Area of jurisdiction is Hamburg.

This agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods or any other similar convention or laws, the application of which are expressly excluded.

We reserve the right to change these Terms, the Security & Privacy Policy, information and available contractual license terms featured on this website without notice. These conditions set out the entire agreement between TATTOOZONE and you relating to your use of this website.

No action of TATTOOZONE, other than an express written waiver or amendment, may be construed as a waiver or amendment of any of these Terms or Security & Privacy Policy. Should any clause of these Terms or Security & Privacy Policy be found unenforceable, wherever possible this will not affect any other clause and each will remain in full force and effect.
